Our Mission Statement

The Concerned Citizens of the Plainview-Old Bethpage
Community, Inc. mission is to educate cultivate and
sustain community unity towards environmental threats
to our community and when appropriate in conjunction
with our surrounding neighbors.

We shall strive to accomplish this through education and
awareness of both the natural and physical environment
of the community, including but not limited to; open
space preservation, groundwater protection,
environmental pollutants, public health, safety and child
welfare.

We shall encourage and advocate for a sense of
community unity through all of the above and when
appropriate in conjunction with other groups,
organizations and government entities.
